Return Policy

Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns on the following items diapers, underpads, ostomy supplies, urologicals, stockings, bathroom equipment & products, creams-lotions, walkers, cushions, canes, wheelchairs, crutches, liftchairs, personal items & special order items/equipment or any open or used merchandise. Other returns are subject to 25% re-stocking fee and must be in it’s original packaging. Rental equipment is not pro-rated. No returns or exchange after 3 days. Rental fees are not pro-rated.

Rental Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up to one (1) day before the scheduled service date. If the cancellation is completed within this time frame, 90% of the rental fee will be refunded to the original method of payment. The remaining 10% is retained to cover credit card transaction fees.
